30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

Not satisfied? Return any unused item within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the buyer.

How to Initiate a Return

Visit our Support Center and select "Question about an order." Enter your email to find your order, then describe the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return shipping label.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement at no cost.
